e-Tools for young job seekers
This result refers to an online toolset that can act as a complement ICT-enabled sustainable solution providing training in the most engaging and interactive way and matching the newly acquired competences of young individuals looking for a job.
A web-based portal is developed comprising a list of digital tools that will foster the training process and provide a common communication space for young job seekers and potential employers or other stakeholders.
In particular, the following tools are included:
- Interactive learning activities & Peer learning
- Open badges and feedback acting as motivational elements
- Activity reports and training completion for monitoring purposes
- Performance assessment
- Profiling
- E-data bank and online glossary
- Matchmaking platform for job seekers and job providers
